finance... maybe not.

so, i definitely need to be studying for this foreign language called, finance. i have put this class off for some time because accounting left such a bad taste in my mouth. now, my first test has quickly jumped up on me and i am sitting in taylors looking over my notes. but now, i am blogging. it is a very beautiful day here in auburn... however, there are some other places i would love to be today...

maybe, nashville, tn... at frothy monkey. from one coffee shop to another.

as jump little children says, "In the cathedrals of New York and Rome" however, they go on to say... "there is a feeling you should just go home". maybe, i should listen to that.

but, God in His graciousness has chosen for me to be here today and i will embrace what He has given me today. He overwhelmingly blessed me this morning with a message at First Presbyterian Opelika. i thoroughly enjoy my church, Plains Presbyterian, but there is something refreshing about waking up early, getting dressed up and attending church... call me a fiend for tradition. praise God that this is the morning i, along with my friend, meggie, chose to do that. He revealed the Gospel in such a fresh, powerful way. how can God love me that much?

one more tidbit, before i actually become productive. i know that i have mentioned this song before, but do songs ever become new to you suddenly because of life circumstances? like you have not heard the song ever before? well... i have been able to relate to this song by U2 in a new way these days and i love it.
