i've closed the ADPi door.

well, i still have a couple of more months to go, but i feel like there is not much left for me to do. it's more like show up for chapter and head out. but, last night was my final formal with ADPi. although, i'm not very sentimental in moments, i like to reminisce and after i got home last night i certainly wanted to do that.

however, last night's formal was not a typical formal, because there were very few seniors and i went on the whim of knowing several of my RUF friends were going, RUF guys included. therefore, it felt much more like an RUF dance party, which is notoriously fun. so, it was a blast. thanks, april, for talking me into it.

i have been to a lot of formal/mallard balls/semiformals during my time here. i have been very fortunate to have really great experiences at almost all of them and have had some fabulous dates. i know i'm fortunate because i've heard some horror stories throughout my time here. however, i have very few of those. unfortunately, i'm one of the world's worst picture takers and have resolved to become much better when i graduate. therefore, i have few pictures from the years, but here are the few that i do have (most stolen from facebook).

now, i'm listening to the pride and prejudice soundtrack which reminds me of marannook because we listened to it all the time... dang it, i'm going to be emotional. rachel slay, rachel stark, ya'll got me. i'm being sentimental... which is not something i typically am.
