yesterday, charles and sarah katheryn graciously hosted a benefit for scott and i. the lake house boys were kind enough to let people invade their house for the entire sunday evening. it was greatly encouraging to have friends come and support me and scott. i am truly thankful that God has allowed these people to come into my life.

sarah got to show off her artwork and people loved it! as well as a sweet friend marlena who gave several pieces of her beautiful artwork. there were baked goods galore! cakes, cookies, brownies, etc. the remainder will be sold at RUF tonight. the five dozen eggs performed some irish pub songs. (just another example of the quirkiness of RUF. this is a legit group of guys.) and, the ever popular quiet words, well, at least joseph and george, played a few songs.

thanks for coming to support, encourage, and remind me that God has called me here for a purpose. i love you all.
