color, color, color.

i love color.

therefore, i love this bookazine... as house beautiful calls it. it's 120 pages of paint colors and beautiful descriptions of those paint colors. wonderful!

these are the colors that would fill my dream home...
cloud white by benjamin moore
"There's just something about white that feels very pure and fresh and doesn't compete with the rooms off the hallway. This is not too gray, which can get a little sad, and not too blue. It has warmth, but it's not yellow. Just a nice reflective white that's soothing and peaceful."
- Alex Papachristidis
tudor brown by benjamin moore
colony green by benjamin moore
caponata by benjamin moore
"This is a very approachable color. It's like a Pinot Nor... I see it in a high sheen, flowing in the lamplight. It would envelop you and feel very calming and peaceful and quiet."
- Suzanne Lovell
happiness and love by benjamin moore
"This is a ballet-slipper pink with a hint of beige, which keeps it from looking too sweet."
-Alexa Hampton

btw... i spent way too much time working on this post. however, i'm pretty tired because i stayed up late and drove home pretty early and have been playing with kids a lot today. so now my parents are gone to dinner and i have the house to myself. so, i spent a lot of time tonight just researching color. yep, that's a hobby of mine. strange, i know.

and, these kiddos have been keeping me company lately. not too bad, if i say so myself.
