thank you for cake mix and cookie dough.

It's time to post a little more on some baking excursions and to give you a few pictures. Being such a visual person that I am, for some reason I never post any pictures... and I am sorry for that. Pictures are what initially grab my attention, so I am going to try to improve on that. Anyway, being a college student there are several gatherings to attend to in which I am to take a treat of some sort. Now, every Wednesday night I make dessert for my fellowship group... plus other things. Well, I love to bake so I love to have the chance to contribute to a meal. But, I have little money, time, space to produce such extravagent desserts. So, I have become quite a fan of boxed cake mix and cookie dough. I have probably used a million different recipes with just cake mix. Not just making the cake, but creating bars, cookies, candies, etc. Well, here is my recipe for the day. Fruit pizza cookies? I guess that's what I'll call them. I took sugar cookie dough, baked them in regular size round cookies, mixed marshmallow fluff and cream cheese for a frosting, and topped the "frosting" with blackberries and mandarin oranges... which the orange and blue was supposed to indicate Auburn Tigers. I want to make them again, make bigger cookies, and add kiwi, strawberries, banana... etc. They were quite delicious.
