dawson's creek... yes, that's right... dawson's creek.

so, i have recently gotten into the popular 90's television teen drama, dawson's creek. my sister's roommate has the entire series on dvd. while i was out sick for a couple of days during rush, i watched the entire first season! that is very rare for me to sit and watch that much tv. i can hardly sit through an entire movie, let alone a whole season of a tv show. all of my lost-crazed friends and sisters will be saddened that i did not choose lost to get into, but hey... some reason i really enjoy cheesy 90's teen drama. i always have. the tv watching has slowed down, however, i am halfway through the second season. i am watching it as i type! one thing i have been fascinated with is how much these characters have changed! so... i am going to feature each of the main characters and play a little game of "where are they now?"

^before^

james van der beek is now married to this lovely actress, heather mccomb, and is much more stylish. the hair, i must say is much, much better.

if katie holmes was not a cast member, michelle williams would for sure win for most drastic change. she had a daughter, matilda, with the late heath ledger. she has adorable style!

joshua jackson wins for least dramatic and most adorable. he dates one of the most fashionable actresses, diane kruger. gosh, these dawson's creek stars turned out to be so stinking stylish!

and there they are... the cruise family. who would of thought katie holmes would become who she is? i think she has beauitful style, an awesome haircut, and a gorgeous daughter... but she's a different person than old joey potter. i kind of miss that girl.

the cast of dawson's creek proves that you never know what to expect in the world of celebrity.

ok, so that was my completely superficial, fun, celebrity kick for now. hopefully, it won't happen again for a long time :)

when I was at Auburn, Dawson Creek would come on television in the morning--can't remember which channel. Wait, what am I saying, when I was a freshman, it will still on primetime!! Anyway, Amy Speakman and I got into watching it in the mornings some semester when we didn't have early classes. I can get addicted as well, and Joshua Jackson was always my favorite!! I really like Pacey and Joey together.

I was obsessed with that show-just like every other teenage girl in America (and probably alot of guys if they were willing to admit it). Mom watched the very first one with us and said "no more". But, of course, we sneaked and watched it anyway.

We miss you around here. You and Sarah should come home soon!

The first season that DC was out, Emma Larue taped--as in VHS--every episode, and then I would watch it at her house. That was my "sneaky" way of watching it.
