i am recovering from a very fun, very full weekend. yay for auburn football, fall, and old friends! i actually took a few photos... i found my camera charger, yay!
Leslie, Amy, myself, and Sarah Marie. some of my very first Auburn friends, now dispersed all over. love ya'll.
Meggie, Sarah Katheryn, me, Hamilton. some of my current auburn friends... enjoying some country music.
war eagle! getting ready for Miss. St.
so, i was inspired by sarah's post and visited starbucks this morning to get some work done. however, here's a tip for anyone watching their caloric intake such as myself, but still love food. starbucks has a pumpkin spice light frappuccino... only 2 WW points! woo hoo. i'll be hitting that up a lot this season. i think it's like 120 cals. something like that. but it was delicious.
(ok... so mine was not this big, and it didn't have whipped cream... but you get the picture.)
and to end... here's some truth for today. i can't tell you how i needed this today & every day... as do we all.
"3These all died in faith, not having received the things promised, but having seen them and greeted them from afar, and having acknowledged that they were strangers and exiles on the earth. 14For people who speak thus make it clear that they are seeking a homeland. 15If they had been thinking of that land from which they had gone out, they would have had opportunity to return. 16But as it is, they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared for them a city."
- Hebrews 11:13-16
adios.
