so, i just wanted to post pictures from the first big event that i have helped planned. in the spring semester, i took a class called Catering and Event Management. we planned a silent auction and live auction fundraiser at the Hotel and Conference Center at Auburn University featuring chefs from Colorado, Ireland, and Mexico (no one got sick... no worries). 175 guests attended and we raised over $26,000. it was such a fun experience and i know that if i do have a career in america one day, this is what i will be doing for sure. (aka right now i want to go overseas to do missions... the Lord is in control of how long that will last) here are some pictures! p.s. i was on the design team with 3 other girls so we were responsible for all the decor. the girls were amazing! we had so much fun together.

how fun. Everything looks beautiful, including you girls. Did mom tell you that Scott and I saw a wedding reception going on while we were in Seaside. It was dreamy. I felt like I was witnessing one of Gatsby's parties.
